We are a small, dedicated, building services engineering practice. We have an honest and approachable way of working which builds partnerships with our Clients, the vast majority of whom return time after time and benefit from our expertise.
Our aim is to deliver excellent quality Building Services designs using a diligent and structured approach for all of our Clients. We provide a consistently high standard of professional service to meet all of our Clients’ needs and we take great pride in the designs we undertake and the information we produce.
Our design philosophy is based upon a fastidious approach and the provision of evidence or calculation for every building services element, wherever possible. We try in all circumstances to specify the best available equipment, and do not subscribe to the performance specification or design and build methods of procuring a design.
We can offer the full range of mechanical design solutions and can provide integrated teams drawn from a pool of companies with whom we regularly work offering, Electrical design, Architectural and Building Surveying skills, Structural design, Project and Contract Management and CDMC.
We can also offer contact with trusted and high quality installation contractors for all aspects of mechanical and electrical installation works if the Client requires these services. We have been working with many of these Contractors for over 20 years.
We use of the latest Bentley Hevacomp Engineering Design and AutoCAD software.
