We have extensive experience in successfully bidding for funds from the EFA through the CIF process and bringing to fruition mechanical services projects for Academies and Multi Academy Trusts.

We have successfully helped with the funding bids and subsequent detailed design, tendering and installation of £6 million worth of projects over a 4 year period. All of these have been delivered to the end user on programme and within budget, using the best available equipment, installation methods and using the best and most conscientious contractors. In all cases the Client Academy has been very pleased with the results.

Our expertise is in providing a fully coordinated mechanical and electrical design service which starts at the inception of a project all the way through to final completion and beyond.

We offer initial feasibility surveys and reports to guide the Academy on possible projects which may be successful and will follow these up with assistance in applying for CIF funding, including reports, budget costs, energy savings and CO2 reductions.

We take pride in all of our work and as such we prefer to undertake full design and specification in preference to using the performance specification model.
