The Client has had significant input into the final design and has been pro-active in his involvement with the whole project, which makes our job as designers much easier. Fire Damaged property requiring new Heating and Hot Water. We have received a new commission to help out with the design and procure the installation of heating and hot water to this fire damaged grade 2 listed Rectory. 2 Phases will be a temporary installation to get through the remainder of the winter and a permanent solution when the building is in a suitable state to accept the new installation.
