We have undertaken engineering only projects in large plant rooms for Hospitals and Hotels.

We can undertake additional or remedial work on existing installations on services such as LPHW heating, Chilled water systems, Biomass and CHP.

Recent projects include the successful redesign of the LPHW header system our local NHS trust which combated a serious boiler lockout problem which in turn was leaving the Hospital without sufficient LPHW and we provided a solution to introduce sufficient fresh air to a CHP units in a basement plant room at a High Quality Hotel in Brighton.

We also designed a replacement pump system at our local NHS trust which eventually enabled the changeover of 5 large pump sets on a phased basis without disruption to the LPHW and CHW services.
